2019 Ticket Info and FAQ
Hello Rush Fans and welcome to the 2019 Season!
We've made a change in how our single game tickets are handled this year and we just wanted to give you a run down on how they work and answer any questions you might have.
First of all - how much?
Our online advanced tickets are priced at:
Adult - $13.95 | Student/Senior $9.95 | Youth (9-17) $7.95 | 8 & Under Free!
This will be a considerable savings from walk up tickets as always, so if you know you're going, buy ahead!
Walk up tickets are priced at:
Adult - $20 | Student/Senior $15 | Youth (9-17) $10 | 8 & Under Free!
How do I buy a ticket?
Each game has its own section you can find in the top menu under 2019 Tickets > Single Tickets. Within this section you'll find a page to book tickets for each type of ticket. Add as many of each ticket type as you need to the cart, and then head for the checkout.
How do I get my ticket?
Our tickets this year are simplified from previous years. Once you purchase, you'll receive your normal order confirmation, followed by an About Your Upcoming Experience Email that looks like this:
If you don't see this email, make sure to check your junk/spam, and that you don't have any filters blocking sendgrid.net. (Any tickets purchased prior to April 9th won't see the initial 'About Your Upcoming Experience Email', don't worry if you don't see it. You will get the reminder email the day before hand!)
A day before the game, you'll get a similar follow up email that includes the date and time of the game, as well as the type of tickets you've purchased. This is the email you need to print or bring to game day!
How do I check in on game day?
Please bring with you the email you received the day before, either printed or on your phone.
At the gate there will be a line for advanced tickets to check in. The check in process is done by the name on the ticket purchase (Hello, Your Name).
What if I'm purchasing tickets for someone else, or I can't make the game?
That's okay! Just make sure that they print and bring that email about the Experience and the tickets bought. We can still check them in, no problem!
What if I'm purchasing tickets for a group, but we're not all coming at the same time?
Again, no problem! Each group checking in will need to bring a copy of the confirmation, but simply let the check in attendant know how many are actually checking in.
What if I have any other questions about this new set up?
Drop us a line at info@torontorush.com and we'll be happy to answer any other questions you have!
