General Info
How do I get my tickets?
Whenever you purchase a ticket - single game, flex or season pass - you will receive an email with a PDF of your ticket with a QR code.
Do I need to print my tickets?
Nope - you can just save them on your phone! As a bonus it's a lot harder to lose your phone than a paper ticket!
How do I use my ticket at the game?
When you arrive at the gate on game day, simply show the QR code to our gate attendant to be scanned in.

Flex Tickets
How do I get my flex tickets?
You will receive ONE (1) PDF ticket - good for either 5 or 10 tickets depending on the pack you've purchased. This ticket is good for the purchased number of tickets at any regular season home game, in any combination.
How do I use my flex tickets?
At the gate, just let the attendant know how many you're using that game. Any unused tickets are stored on your PDF ticket.
I bought a flex pack to bring some friends but we're not all arriving at the same time - how does this work?
You can send a copy of the ticket QR code to your friends so they can get scanned in at the gate using one of your flex tickets.
Recommended ways to send a copy:
- Send a copy of the PDF by email
- Screenshot the QR code and send by text
Not recommended:
- Sending a copy via carrier pigeon
- Adding it to a frisbee and throwing it in the general direction of your friend

Season Tickets
How do I get my season ticket?
You will receive ONE (1) PDF ticket via email - this ticket is good for one (1) entry at every regular season home game.
How do I use my season ticket?
At the gate, just show the attendant your season ticket QR code to be scanned in. Keep the QR code safe and bring it to each game.
My season pass comes with 2 bring a friend tickets - how do I get those?
Send an email to connor@torontorush.com and let them know what game you want to bring your friends to. You'll receive an email with a digital ticket for that game to give to them.TICKET REQUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE GATES OPEN
